MeQrez Health Services is a share company established in October 2020, dedicated to strengthening Ethiopia's healthcare sector. Our primary mission is to establish organizations within the health industry to alleviate the nation's healthcare challenges through initiatives such as general hospitals, a chain of pharmacies, imaging and diagnostic centers, and the import and wholesale of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.

Salary: - As per Company scale and benefit packages.

Place of work: - Addis Ababa.

Term of Employment: - Unlimited period (permanent) up on satisfactory completion of the probationary period.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), track quality metrics, and manage all quality documentation (SOPs, manuals).

• Organize internal audits, act as the main contact for external audits, and ensure the lab adapts to new regulations.

• Lead investigations into errors and problems, find the root cause, and implement corrective actions (CAPA).

• Train staff on quality procedures and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

• Report on QMS performance to lab management and escalate critical issues affecting patient safety.

• Lead projects to enhance lab efficiency and approve new equipment/methods to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Reports directly to Laboratory Director/Senior Management for independence and objectivity.

• Provides expert guidance and recommendations to lab management; does not directly manage operational staff.

• Works closely with lab supervisors and section heads to implement quality practices in daily work.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• MSc/BSc in Medical Laboratory Technology with at least two year experience, Computer skill, Communication skill, and QMS practice, ISO 15189:2022
