Job Description

The Building Administration Officer will oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, and utilization of company buildings and facilities. This includes ensuring smooth operations, safety compliance, and cost-effective building services management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage building maintenance, repairs, and service contracts.

  • Oversee utilities (water, electricity, security, cleaning, etc.).

  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are followed.

  • Supervise outsourced service providers (guards, cleaners, technicians).

  • Monitor and control building-related expenses.

  • Administer tenant lease/occupancy agreements and keep updated records.

  • Follow up on compliance issues with tenants and ensure adherence to policies and contractual obligations.

  • Maintain building occupancy records and facility usage schedules.

  • Assist in facility upgrades, renovations, and space management.

  • Prepare periodic building administration and maintenance reports.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Facilities Management, or related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in building/facilities administration.

  • Knowledge of health & safety standards.

  • Experience in tenant/lease administration is an advantage.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
