Term of Employment: - Unlimited period (permanent) up on satisfactory completion of the probationary period.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet patients, verify their identity, and explain the blood-drawing process.

• Perform venipuncture, skin punctures, or arterial punctures to collect blood samples.

• Collect, prepare, and process biological samples for analysis.

• Label, store, and transport blood specimens correctly.

• Adhere to strict sterilization and sanitation protocols, and safely dispose of sharp instruments.

• Maintain accurate records of collected samples and patient information.

•  Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide first aid if needed.

•  Ensure all phlebotomy equipment is well-stocked and in good condition.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Level IV in Medical laboratory Science

• At least two year experience, Computer skill, Communication skill, and QMS practice
