General Foreman Job Description:
A General Foreman oversees the workforce and ensures construction tasks are completed on schedule, within quality standards, and in line with safety requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties
Supervise construction workers and assign daily tasks.
Monitor labor productivity and work progress.
Ensure workers follow safety regulations and proper work methods.
Report daily progress and challenges to the site engineer/manager.
Inspect completed work for quality assurance.
Maintain tools, equipment, and materials efficiently.
Support in training and guiding workers on technical tasks
Coordinate manpower to meet deadlines.
Job Requirements
Experience
Minimum of Twelve (12) years’ experience and 8 years specific experience
Academic and Professional Qualifications
Bsc or Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Construction Technology management
Required Skill
Fluent in Oromia language
