BA Degree\ Diploma or Certificate in Cost Control, Hotel Management, Accounting, Accounting and Finance or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyze food and beverage costs. - Conduct regular inventory checks and report variances. - Prepare cost reports and assist with budgeting and forecasts. - Coordinate with purchasing and kitchen teams to control waste and manage pricing.
