ICT and Digital Promotion Officer

Location: CMC behind Tsehay real-estate and beside ICMC Hospital,  lemikura  subcity, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile ICT and Digital Promotion Officer to manage our organization’s information technology systems and lead digital marketing and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background along with creative digital marketing skills to enhance our online presence and ensure effective use of ICT resources.

Duties & Responsibilities:

ICT Responsibilities: 

• Manage and maintain hardware, software, and network infrastructure 

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ICT support to staff 

• Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols 

• Install, upgrade, and document ICT systems and assets

Digital Promotion Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, websites, and online platforms 

• Create engaging content and manage social media accounts 

• Plan and execute online campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) 

• Analyze digital marketing performance and optimize accordingly 

• Coordinate online PR activities and monitor online reputation

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, or related field 

• Proven experience in ICT support or administration, and digital marketing 

• Familiarity with network management, cyber security, digital marketing tools, and analytics 

• Strong problem-solving, creative, and communication skills 

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
