About Us

Alsam Mexico HOA No. 1 is responsible for managing the Al-Sam Mexico apartment building, a 21-story property located in the Tegbare Eid area of Mexico, Addis Ababa. The building includes 360 apartments, two basement levels, a terrace, and a two-story commercial space. The Homeowners Association (HOA), represented by the Board of Directors, oversees the management and administration of all shared facilities.

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Property Manager to lead the day-to-day management of the HOA’s property. The Property Manager will ensure smooth operations, oversee maintenance, manage finances, and serve as the main link between homeowners and the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration & Governance: Implement HOA policies and Board decisions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, collection of HOA fees, and preparation of financial reports. Monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.

  • Maintenance & Operations: Supervise repair and maintenance of shared facilities, manage service provider contracts (security, cleaning, landscaping, etc.), and conduct regular inspections.

  • Community Relations: Act as the primary contact for homeowners, handle complaints and inquiries, and maintain effective communication channels.

  • Strategic Planning: Support long-term property improvement plans and advise on preserving property value.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years’ proven experience in property/estate/community management.

  • Strong knowledge of property laws, HOA regulations, and financial management.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Ability to work independently with accountability.

  • Proficiency in property management software is an added advantage.

Initial Contract: 12 months, renewable based on performance.
