With ambitious growth ahead, we are seeking a Fleet Manager who can bring structure, innovation, and leadership to scale our fleet operations and support our expanding distribution network. 

The Fleet Head will take full ownership of NG Trading’s fleet operations. This includes route planning, GPS tracking, cost optimization, compliance, and driver management. The role is ideal for a tech-savvy, structured, and visionary leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to design scalable systems that match the company’s growth ambitions. 

This is a strategic position reporting directly to the CEO, with the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of the business. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead and manage the company’s fleet operations, ensuring timely, efficient, and safe distribution of goods. 

• Plan and oversee routes from factories to destination stores, optimizing for cost, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. 

• Monitor and manage GPS tracking systems, ensuring real-time oversight of vehicles and deliveries.

• Establish systems for fuel efficiency, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with regulations. 

• Design and implement data-driven processes for fleet utilization and cost control. 

• Supervise, train, and motivate drivers and support teams to deliver operational excellence. 

• Collaborate with warehouse, distribution, and business teams to ensure seamless operations. 

• Drive the adoption of new technologies and digital fleet management solutions. 

• Provide clear, actionable reporting to the CEO and recommend improvements for scalability. 

• Champion a culture of efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in fleet management, logistics, or distribution (experience in high-growth or large-scale organizations preferred). 

• Strong knowledge of fleet tracking systems, logistics software, and route optimization tools. 

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. 

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle complexity. 

• Energetic and adaptable, with a passion for technology and innovation. 

• Strategic thinker with the ability to scale operations and introduce new approaches
