We are seeking an Import/ Export & General service officer who is highly organized, fast, and reliable to manage our logistics, international trade & General Service operations Responsibilities:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics, transport, and distribution.

• Manage all import/export documentation and ensure smooth customs clearance.

• Communicate with customs authorities, shipping lines, and freight forwarders.

• Respond quickly and effectively to issues related to shipments.

• Maintain accurate shipping records and prepare logistics reports.

• Communicate with international clients and partners via email and online platforms in fluent English.

• Follow up insurance & different cases of the company as a general service head

Job Requirement.

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics, import/export, and customs clearance.

• Strong computer skills (MS Office, email, online platforms, ERP systems is a plus).

• Fast and professional in online communication.

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

• Problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
