Duties & Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and achieve targets for assigned modern trade accounts 

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales growth within the modern trade channel

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and buyers in modern trade outlets

• Manage and build long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Act as the primary point of contact for modern trade accounts, handling inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and professionally.

• Negotiate promotional deals, discounts, and contracts with retail partners to enhance product visibility and sales.

• Ensure optimal product placement on store shelves, displays, and in promotional spaces to maximize visibility and sales.

• Work closely with store managers and merchandising teams to ensure products are stocked properly, prominently displayed, and in good condition.

• Monitor stock levels, arrange reorders, and ensure product availability to prevent stockouts.

Job Requirements

Level of Education: 

• BA Degree in marketing and sales, marketing Management and accounting, or level 4 in Marketing, or Marketing management or any other related professional qualification.

• Work Experience: Minimum 2 years and above for Years and above for level 4 work experience in the sales  Position of company sales Rep in foods manufacturing or food related Or water bottling industry is preferable.

Required Skill ;Basic Computer skill
