Job Description
The purpose of this job is to serve customers, pay and receive cash and process transactions; to sell the products and services of the bank, acquire new customers and open and maintain customer accounts and manage customer relations and ensuring customer satisfaction with full effort and maximum care as per the policy and procedure of the bank.
Resolve customer enquiries and communications, including referrals to other services or agencies.
Identify customer needs and deliver efficient service responses.
Respond to service requests using various ICT tools.
Handle cash payments and reconcile transactions when applicable.
Assist visitors and members of the organization.
Educational Requirement
BA in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management or in related fields.
Work Experience
1-year relevant Banking experience.
