Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Set up, configure, and maintain monitoring tools and systems for infrastructure and applications.
Monitor system performance, network traffic, and application availability in real-time.
Detect, analyze, and escalate alerts and incidents based on predefined thresholds and SLAs.
Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance or availability issues.
Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards for operational visibility.
Job Requirements
Education: BSc degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4-6Years,
Number of people Required = 01(One)
Skills & Competencies:
✔ Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project & AutoCAD.
✔ Strong knowledge of project scheduling & Monitoring.
✔ Leadership and team management skills.
✔ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
✔ Ability to work under tight deadlines and extend working hours when needed
