Oversee all Food & Beverage (F&B) operations to deliver high-quality dining experiences while maximizing revenue and maintaining cost efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage restaurant, bar, and banquet operations.

• Develop and update menus in collaboration with chefs, ensuring variety and profitability.

• Maintain high service standards, ensuring staff provide excellent customer service.

• Monitor F&B costs, implement inventory controls, and reduce wastage.

• Train, supervise, and evaluate F&B staff performance.

• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

• Develop marketing strategies and promotions to increase F&B revenue.

• Prepare and analyze departmental budgets, sales reports, and forecasts.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Food & Beverage management in a reputable hotel.

• Strong leadership, staff management, and customer service orientation.

• Knowledge of restaurant operations, menu planning, and cost control.

• Experience with IDS or other hotel software is an advantage.

Education & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to train and motivate staff to achieve service excellence.
