Job Description
The Call Center Representative is responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. This role involves resolving customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, processing orders, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. -
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or conduct surveys (if required).
Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information.
Use call center systems and tools effectively to log calls and resolve customer requests
Education: Diploma or equivalent or above.
Experience: 0 years & above related experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer literacy.
