Job Description

The Call Center Representative is responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. This role involves resolving customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, processing orders, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Place of Work: Filamingo, Addis Ababa

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. -

  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or conduct surveys (if required).

  • Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information.

  • Use call center systems and tools effectively to log calls and resolve customer requests

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or equivalent or above.

  • Experience: 0 years & above related experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Basic computer literacy.
