Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible to Plan, direct or Coordinate general and administrative service of the company including facilities, planning and maintenance and other office support service.

  • Manage janitorial services

  • Responsible for ensuring proper recording and protection of the company’s assets.

  • Reconcile company’s assets to finance department’s record.

  • Manage all service Contracts with service contracts with service providing companies and vendors.

  • Ensure that office Furniture and equipment inventory is regularly updated.

  • Work closely With Finance Team to ensure an annual Fixed Asset Report is Prepared then updated based on regular inventory count including overseeing the disposes properties.

  • Generate monthly, Quarterly , six Months & year report

  • Excellent written & communication skill

Job Requirements

  • EDUCATION BA -Business Administration, Business Management, Business planning and Related fields

  •  EXPERIENCE 5 years direct work exprisnce,7 years of relevant work experience, more of in Business planning

  • REQUIRED SKILL

  • Good computer skills Ms Word,Excell,Good Communicatition skills in Written and Spoken English
