Nile View Hotels - Gondar, the newest property in the Nile View Hotel Chain, is preparing to commence operations soon in the historic and vibrant city of Gondar. Strategically located in the heart of the city and formerly known as Quara Hotel, this property is poised to become a leading hotel in the city, offering world-class services while contributing significantly to the growth of the local hospitality and tourism sector.

We are currently seeking qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals to join our dynamic team.
Leading HR operations with focus on recruitment, development, and retention.
Developing HR policies, managing budgets, and overseeing employee benefits.
Administering performance management and facilitating staff communication and conflict resolution.
Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Managing office administration including security, asset registers, office services, and maintenance.
Required Education & Competency
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Solid knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws, HR policies, and compliance regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage end-to-end HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, and staff retention.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll management, and reporting tools.
Ability to design and implement administrative policies and procedures.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Work Experience
Minimum 2 years for degree holders, 4 years for diploma holders in a recognized hotel with similar responsibility
Number of Posts: One (1) for each position.
Salary: Negotiable
