We are currently seeking qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals to join our dynamic team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement housekeeping standards and procedures for cleanliness and safety.
Manage daily activities of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Inspect guest rooms, corridors, public spaces, and other facilities to ensure cleanliness standards.
Job Requirements
Required Education & Competency
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
Knowledge of housekeeping operations, hygiene, and cleaning standards
Leadership and team management skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage inventory, laundry, and supply systems
Attention to detail and quality standards
Work Experience
Minimum 1 years for degree holders, 2 years for diploma holders in a recognized hotel with similar responsibility
