Nile View Hotels - Gondar, the newest property in the Nile View Hotel Chain, is preparing to commence operations soon in the historic and vibrant city of Gondar. We are currently seeking qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals to join our dynamic team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise front desk operations including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
Manage and train front office staff, including receptionists and concierge.
Handle guest complaints and ensure exemplary customer service.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
Job Requirements
Required Education & Competency
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
Knowledge of hotel property management software
Strong customer service and guest relations skills
Leadership and team management capabilities
Ability to handle reservations, check-in/out, and guest complaints efficiently
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Work Experience
Minimum 2 years for degree holders, 4 years for diploma holders in a recognized hotel with similar responsibility
