Job Description
Looking for a highly motivated and persuasive Marketing & Sales Executive to drive adoption of our system. You will be responsible for connecting with building owners, real estate companies, and commercial property managers, presenting the benefits of our platform, and closing deals.
Salary is Negotiable!

Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and target property owners, real estate companies, and commercial businesses.
Present and demonstrate our Property Management System to potential clients.
Build strong, long-term client relationships through persuasive communication and trust.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase system adoption.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Job Requirements:
Education: Education Background in a related field of study
Experience: 0- 2 years
Proven experience in sales and marketing (preferably SaaS, software, or real estate sector).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of real estate, property management, or commercial leasing is a plus
Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly professional.
