Job Description
The Marketing Officer will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring brand visibility for Tena Edible Oil in line with the company’s growth objectives. This role involves market research, planning, execution of marketing campaigns, and close collaboration with sales and distribution teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote Tena Edible Oil across target markets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Work with the sales team to develop promotional materials and trade marketing activities to increase market share.
Manage social media, digital platforms, and advertising channels to enhance brand awareness.
Coordinate product launches, events, and sampling campaigns to drive consumer engagement.
Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness and provide regular performance reports.
Assist in preparing marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management
Job Requirements

Education Qualifications and Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, trade marketing, and consumer behavior.
Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience
No prior experience required; however, experience in FMCG marketing, preferably in edible oil or food products, will be an advantage.
