Nile View Hotels - Gondar, the newest property in the Nile View Hotel Chain, is preparing to commence operations soon in the historic and vibrant city of Gondar. We are currently seeking qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals to join our dynamic team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct high-level financial analysis and reporting to assess company financial health.
Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts.
Monitor cash flows and predict future financial trends.
Formulate strategic business plans and long-term financial strategies.
Job Requirements
Required Education & Competency
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting and Finance, or related field
Knowledge of hotel accounting software and financial reporting systems
Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial compliance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to interpret financial data accurately
Ability to manage and lead a finance team effectively
Work Experience
Minimum 3 years for degree holders, 6 years for diploma holders in a recognized hotel with similar responsibility
