Frontieri Consulting is a professional research and consulting firm dedicated to delivering high-quality social, economic, and development research. We are currently seeking capable and committed individuals to join our team as Qualitative Data Collectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative data collection (focus group discussions, key informant interviews, observations, and note-taking).

• Ensure accurate and ethical data collection in line with research guidelines.

• Prepare detailed notes and summaries of interviews and discussions.

• Work closely with the field supervisor and research team.

• Support in preparing field reports and ensuring timely submission of data.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of a BA degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Sociology, Statistic, Psychology, Anthropology, Health, Agriculture, Management, Economics or related fields.

• Previous experience in qualitative data collection is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in diverse communities and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Proficiency in local languages of the assigned region is an asset.
