We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about building client relationships, driving sales, and contributing to the growth of a marketing solution company. As a Sales and Marketing Officer at Domino, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, promoting our services, and ensuring client satisfaction through tailored marketing strategies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.

  • Collaborate with the team to develop marketing campaigns that align with client needs.

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Support the planning and execution of promotional activities, events, and campaigns.

  • Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.

  • Represent Domino Marketing Solution PLC professionally in all client interactions.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing 

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Good understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
