Adm Business PLC, a leading importer and diversified business in Ethiopia, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will lead sales operations, drive business growth, and build strong client relationships while achieving sales targets.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Manage, guide, and mentor the sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Degree in Chemical Engineering, Sales & Marketing, or Business Management.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and leadership abilities.
Result-oriented with strategic thinking skills.
