Duties and Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily branch operations, compliance, and performance.

• Authorizing loan applications, deposit accounts, and credit requests within authority limits.

• Monitoring internal controls for regulatory compliance.

• Supervising branch teams, managing workflows, and conducting staff evaluations.

Job Requirement

• Educational Qualification: M.A/B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields of study

• Work Experience & Required Skills: 4/6 years of banking work experience of which 2 years as Business Manager, Operation Manager, Customer Service Manager or equivalent core banking business related job positions
