Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all branch operations such as cash handling, customer service, and transaction processes.

  • Manage and supervise branch staff including hiring, training, coaching, performance evaluations, and work allocation.

  • Review and authorize loan applications, credit requests, and deposit accounts within designated authority.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls to maintain audit readiness.

Job Requirement

  • Required Academic Qualifications and skills: BA/BSC degree  in Business Administration/Accounting/ Economics/Management or related field of study

  • Relevant Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance operation of which 2 years in Supervisor/Senior  Position.

  • Other required skills: – Computer literate
