We are looking for a welcoming and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact at Lavish medical spa

 Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients warmly upon arrival.

  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and scheduling.

  • Answer calls and respond to client inquiries.

  • Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming front desk area.

  • Support daily operations with administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Professional appearance and client-focused attitude.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Basic computer and scheduling software knowledge.
