Job Description
We are looking for 10 motivated Real Estate Sales Agents (male or female) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced agents who are ready to contribute immediately and grow with a dynamic company. The ideal candidates will be energetic, client-focused, and confident communicators, with the ability to create engaging content that promotes our services and properties.Client Engagement – Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and renters.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Property Sales & Leasing – Present, market, and close property deals effectively.
Market Knowledge – Stay updated on real estate trends, property values, and competitor activity.
Content Creation & Marketing – Actively participate in creating and sharing content (social media, property videos, virtual tours) to promote listings and strengthen brand presence.
Networking – Attend events, develop contacts, and generate new leads.
Negotiation & Closing – Guide clients through property transactions, ensuring smooth negotiations and successful closings.
Administrative Support – Maintain accurate client records, prepare contracts, and handle related paperwork.
Collaboration – Work with colleagues and management to meet sales targets and support marketing initiatives.
Customer Service – Provide professional, timely, and responsive service to all clients.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
Experience – Minimum 2 years of experience in a real estate company (sales or leasing).
Language Proficiency – Strong English communication skills (verbal and written); additional languages are an advantage.
Content Creation – Willingness and ability to create engaging digital content to support sales efforts.
Sales Skills – Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Tech Savvy – Familiarity with real estate platforms, CRM systems, and social media marketing.
Availability – Must be able to join immediately or at short notice.
Personal Attributes – Goal-driven, adaptable, proactive, and professional.
