Diploma or Certificate in MIS or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Perform regular system maintenance and updates - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, or networks - Monitor system performance and report issues or bottlenecks

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Soft Ware Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information System Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - System Management: Manage, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and cloud systems to ensure optimal performance.  - Problem Solving: Identify and solve complex technical problems, perform diagnostics, and implement solutions to prevent reoccurrence.  - Documentation & Training: Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations and processes, and provide training on new systems. 

BSc Degree in IT, Computer Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Provide first-line technical support to staff (hardware, software, network). - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals. - Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner.
