We are seeking a driven and personable Sales man to promote and sell our range of soap and oil products across retail, wholesale, and industrial clients. As a frontline representative of our distribution agent company, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG or chemical product sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to territory development.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Territory Development

• Identify and approach potential customers including retailers, wholesalers, and institutional buyers

• Expand market reach within assigned geographic areas

• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up on leads

Product Promotion & Sales Execution

• Present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing

• Recommend appropriate soap and oil products based on customer needs

• Negotiate pricing and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets

Order Fulfilment & Coordination

• Process customer orders and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for delivery

• Monitor stock availability and communicate delivery timelines

• Ensure proper documentation and invoicing

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with client

• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues promptly

• Gather feedback to improve service and product offerings

Reporting & Market Intelligence

• Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports

• Track competitor activity and market trends

• Share insights with management to inform strategy

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Proven experience in sales or customer service (1–3 years preferred)

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
