Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and executive support to our management team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, smoothen the day-to-day office activities.
Maintain and manage confidential files and information.
Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external parties.
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
1–2 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
