Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all on-site engineering activities, including construction, installation, and commissioning. 

• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and reports to guide construction and ensure adherence to plans. 

• Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures to maintain high construction quality. 

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. 

• Liaise and collaborate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, project managers, and internal teams. 

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve engineering challenges and optimize project outcomes. 

• Manage and allocate project resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to maximize efficiency. 

• Prepare and review engineering documentation, maintain site diaries, and provide regular project status reports. 

• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site staff. 

• Ensure all work conforms to project plans, specifications, and relevant codes and standards. 

Job Requirements

 Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is generally required. 

Experience:

• 5 more years of experience in site engineering, construction management, or a similar role is essential. 

• Road Construction Experience is mandatory
