Classroom Support

• Assist the teacher in preparing and organizing classroom resources, learning materials, and activities.

• Support individual students or small groups to reinforce learning and ensure understanding of lessons.

• Provide support to students with additional learning needs, under the direction of the teacher.

• Supervise students during classwork, transitions, and activities to maintain a safe and positive learning environment.

Student Support

• Encourage and motivate students to participate actively in lessons and school life.

• Provide pastoral care and promote the social and emotional well-being of students.

• Foster independence and confidence in students through guided support.

Instructional Support

• Assist in implementing differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs.

• Use educational technology and resources to enhance learning.

Administrative and Organizational Support

• Help with marking simple assignments, recording student progress, and maintaining learning records as directed.

• Assist in organizing displays, bulletin boards, and classroom learning environments.

• Accompany students on field trips, excursions, and school events as required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field preferred).

• Prior experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably in an international school.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, parents, and students.

• Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting student learning.

• Proficiency in English 

• Computer skills are required
