Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a robust B2B marketing strategy to acquire and retain corporate customers. This includes market research, competitive analysis, and identifying new business opportunities.

  • Lead Generation: Oversee all lead generation activities, including digital marketing campaigns, content marketing, and targeted outreach to key corporate accounts. 

  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the sales team to create marketing materials and campaigns that support their efforts in closing deals and onboarding new customers.

  • Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to maximize reach and engagement with our target audience.

  • Content Creation: Lead the creation of high-value content, such as white papers, case studies, webinars, and blog posts, that positions our company as a thought leader in the IT and consultancy sectors.

  • Event & Partnership Management: Plan and execute industry events, conferences, and webinars to network with potential clients and strengthen brand visibility.

  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure a high return on investment (ROI).

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of marketing professionals to achieve department goals and foster a collaborative environment.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelors' / Masters' degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 

  • A minimum of 7 - 10 years of professional marketing experience, with at least 5-7  years in a B2B marketing management role, preferably within the IT or consultancy sectors.

  • Demonstrable experience in selling software and technology-related services. An understanding of the sales process and a track record of supporting sales teams in closing deals.

  • Strong knowledge of technology trends, software solutions (SaaS, enterprise software), and the IT consultancy landscape.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to inspire a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with sales, product, and leadership teams.

  • Proficiency in creating compelling marketing content and presentations.
