They lead daily operations, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance to junior operators. The role includes maintaining compliance with operational standards and safety protocols.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery or process systems.

• Lead and supervise junior operators during shifts.

• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.

• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.

• Troubleshoot operational issues and resolve minor faults.

• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams.

• Record and report operational data and incidents.

• Adjust machine settings based on process requirements.

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area.

• Train new or junior operators as needed.

Job Requirement

• Education: TVET Level IV in a related field of study

• Experience : 2 years and above
