Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving in-store sales, engaging customers through social media, and ensuring smooth order management and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-store sales and provide excellent customer service.
Manage and follow up on social media adverts across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram (engage with customers, answer queries, and build relationships).
Plan and organize social media campaigns to boost visibility and sales.
Deliver items to customers when required.
Record and maintain accurate sales data.
Keep detailed records of customers’ names, addresses, and purchase history.
Track frequently requested items to expand and diversify product offerings.
Monitor and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
Identify customer needs and evaluate customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with finance and operations departments regarding customer orders and payment status.
Ensure products are produced and delivered according to each customer's specifications.

Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Social Sciences.
Mandatory prior experience as a Sales Officer or Marketing Manager in an import or merchandising company.
Experience in sales of printing materials or electrical equipment is preferable.
