Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience: Lead and inspire the team to provide impeccable, personalized service at every touchpoint, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, Concierge, and other related areas, ensuring seamless coordination and adherence to five-star standards.
• Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Financial Control: Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining service quality.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures, conduct regular inspections, and address any operational or guest concerns promptly.
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations, maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, and Maintenance to deliver a seamless guest journey.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on departmental performance, guest feedback, and key performance indicators to senior management.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel environment, preferably five-star standard.
• Thorough understanding of Front Office and Housekeeping operations, with strong knowledge of guest service best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and optimizeresources efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and MS Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Relevant hospitality or business management degree/diploma preferred.
