Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Verify accuracy of export documentation based on customer contracts and letters of credit.

  • Track shipments and share updates with customers and internal teams.

  • Maintain documentation records and filing systems for audits and compliance.

  • Resolve documentation-related issues and discrepancies with carriers or authorities.

  • Assist with export declarations and electronic filings (e.g., through customs portals or trade platforms)

Job Requirement

  • Qualification/Education: BA in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

  • Experience/Skills/Competencies: 3+ years in export documentation(coffee export Experience preferred)
