Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare and process export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).
Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and Incoterms.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
Track export shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays.
Communicate with overseas clients and internal departments (sales, logistics, finance) to align export operations.
Job Requirement
Qualification/Education: BA in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience/Skills/Competencies: 5+ years in export operations(coffee export Experience preferred)
