Job Description
The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional support to both internal and external customers. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless user experience with the company’s services and technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about the company’s services and resolve customer issues effectively.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
Assist users with the installation and configuration of software applications.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in the ticketing system.
Provide ongoing support and updates to users regarding system enhancements or changes.
Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
Monitor system performance and ensure uptime for critical applications.
Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and IT support.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in human resources or administrative support roles.
Able to provide good leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, applications, and troubleshooting methods.
