The IT Infrastructure & Database Specialist is responsible for maintaining and supporting the company’s databases and network infrastructure. This role ensures reliable, secure, and high-performing systems that support order processing, logistics, and customer services.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain relational databases (MySQL, Postgre SQL, MS SQL, Oracle)
Monitor and optimize database performance, backups, and recovery processes.
Implement and maintain basic database and network security controls.
Configure and support LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks
Troubleshoot and resolve database and network-related issues.
Manage network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points)
Document key setups, policies, and procedures.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in database administration and network support.
Strong knowledge of SQL and RDBMS.
Understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and VPNs
