Job Description
This role includes managing Komari Beverage's social media presence across multiple platforms. Responsibilities range from creating engaging content calendars to analyzing data and reporting on campaign performance. The Digital Manager's purpose is to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our overall marketing goals and brand voice. They should foster audience interaction, analyze data to optimize performance, and work collaboratively with other teams to ensure that the content is informative and result-oriented.
Strategy & Alignment
Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with brand voice, marketing goals, and industry trends.
Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
Content Management
Manage content calendars and editorial workflows to ensure content follows SEO best practices.
Integrate data-driven insights to meet user search intent and current trends.
Engagement & Community Management
Create and implement engaging content formats (polls, quizzes, etc.) to encourage audience interaction and brand loyalty.
Monitor social media conversations, respond promptly to inquiries and comments, and handle any negative sentiment professionally.
Analysis & Reporting
Analyze social media platform algorithms and data to understand the best posting times, content formats, and audience demographics.
Use SEO data analysis tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and identify high-performing keywords.
Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for content optimization and identify the most effective messaging and formats.
Generate reports and track ROI for marketing campaigns based on data analysis.
Innovation & Growth
Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Proactively identify new marketing opportunities and propose innovative social media strategies.
Stay up-to-date on platform features, and identify new channels and partnerships to expand reach.
Evaluate competitor activity and apply learnings to enhance our brand strategy.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
3- 5 years of experience
Well-versed in the digital media landscape and have a deep understanding of various platforms.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are core strengths.
Entrepreneurial team player, contributing to building Komari.
Highly motivated with a drive and enthusiasm to do things differently, and possess a deep understanding of communication and how messages come across.
Energetic and have a high learning curve and appetite for knowledge.
Proficient in using email, messaging apps, all social media platforms, analytics tools, as well as Microsoft Word and Excel.
