Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, assisting colleagues and management to improve productivity and maintain smooth business operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, sign them in, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

  • Answering phones, directing calls, managing emails and mail, and acting as a point of contact for internal and external clients.

  • Organizing and managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating events.

  • Typing, drafting, proofreading, and preparing documents, presentations, and reports.

  • Maintaining filing systems and databases, managing office supplies, and ensuring equipment is maintained.

  • Providing general assistance to managers and team members with administrative tasks and projects.
