Job Description

Location: Juba, South Sudan 

 Employment Type: Full-Time 

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and support executive decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in accounting, financial planning, and team leadership, with a proven track record of driving financial health and operational efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations

  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes

  • Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk

  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic planning

  • Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff

  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial management

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and financial regulations

  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems

  • Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills

  • CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification is a strong advantage
