Job Description

we’re looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to take our digital presence, campaigns, and creative output to the next level.

Role Overview:
This role is perfect for someone who can write compelling content, lead creative teams, and oversee digital marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative team to ensure all marketing activities align with business goals and brand strategy.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Content & Creative Leadership:

    • Write, edit, and approve marketing content across campaigns, website, email, and other channels.

    • Lead the creative team, including videographers, graphic designers, and other creative staff.

    • Ensure all creative work is aligned with brand identity and high-quality standards.

  • Digital Campaign Management:

    • Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns across digital channels.

    • Track KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance, and recommend improvements.

  • Team Coordination & Mentorship:

    • Assign tasks, set priorities, and guide the creative team.

    • Provide coaching, feedback, and support to enhance team productivity and creativity.

  • Strategy & Growth:

    • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

    • Collaborate with leadership on marketing initiatives and business development opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or creative leadership.

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

  • Experience leading creative teams and coordinating multi-channel campaigns.

  • Proficiency with marketing tools and creative software (Adobe Suite, Canva, video editing tools, etc.).

  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Expectations:

  • Hands-on with content creation when needed.

  • Coordinate with the team to deliver campaigns and marketing initiatives.

  • Occasionally take on tasks beyond the job description to drive growth and campaigns.
