Job Description
Established in 2019, Deborah Foundation is a registered non-profit organization with a mission to improve the lives of children with Down Syndrome and other intellectual disabilities through support in the areas of Health, Education and Policy Advocacy.
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing medical care as well as assisting with the necessary paperwork and documentation related to the beneficiary care and organizational reporting.
Provide assessments and interventions tailored to individual needs.
Maintain accurate and confidential beneficiary records and documentation.
Collaborate with team members to develop integrated care plans that address both medical and educational needs.
Participate in outreach programs to raise awareness of health care.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
Assist beneficiaries in completing registration forms accurately and ensure that all required documentation is collected and processed efficiently.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Executives and immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:
Relevant Degree on Social Work, Psychology, Psychiatry and any related field.
0-year experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to the mission and values of Deborah Foundation.
