Duties and Responsibilities
Manage inventory and control supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for daily operations.
Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Schedule staff shifts and allocate tasks efficiently to meet daily operational goals.
Monitor usage of cleaning chemicals and linens, implementing cost control and sustainability practices.
Maintain safety and compliance with health regulations and hotel standards.
Perform administrative duties including record-keeping, reporting, and assisting with budgeting.
Help manage laundry operations ensuring timely processing and quality of linens and uniforms.
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Operation or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
Experience: 5 years
