Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory and control supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for daily operations.

  • Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Schedule staff shifts and allocate tasks efficiently to meet daily operational goals.

  • Monitor usage of cleaning chemicals and linens, implementing cost control and sustainability practices.

  • Maintain safety and compliance with health regulations and hotel standards.

  • Perform administrative duties including record-keeping, reporting, and assisting with budgeting.

  • Help manage laundry operations ensuring timely processing and quality of linens and uniforms.

Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Operation or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

Experience: 5 years
