Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan and reliability of equipment.

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff to address repairs, routine upkeep, and emergency breakdowns effectively.

• Manage maintenance schedules to minimize production interruptions and ensure timely completion of work.

• Monitor equipment performance and conduct inspections to identify issues before they cause failures.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the maintenance operations.

• Plan and control maintenance budgets, including purchasing spare parts and service contracts.

Job Requirement

Education: TVET Level 3/2 Industrial Engineering, General Mechanic/Industrial Technology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

Experience: 2 years
