Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and other public areas.

• Inspect and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and upholstery elements within rooms and public spaces.

• Address guest maintenance requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption.

• Conduct routine inspections of rooms and public areas to identify and rectify maintenance issues.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in maintenance work areas and adhere to safety protocols.

• Replace light fixtures, repair grout and caulking, and touch up paint or furniture as needed.

• Manage maintenance inventory and requisition parts and room supplies.

• Keep detailed logs of all maintenance activities and parts used.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk staff to ensure rooms are ready for guests.

Job Requirement

Education: Diploma or Professional Certification in Electrical, General Mechanic/Industrial Technology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

Experience: 2 years
