Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, disturbances, or suspicious activities.
- Investigate and document security-related incidents, accidents, and complaints, preparing reports for management.
- Oversee visitor management and enforce policies to prevent unauthorized access.
- Coordinate with hotel departments and external law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
- Train security staff on best practices, safety regulations, and use of security equipment like CCTV and alarm systems.
- Identify potential security risks and develop strategies for prevention and mitigation.
- Promote professionalism and high-quality customer service within the security team.
- Maintain compliance with legal requirements and safety standards.
- Manage security equipment maintenance and updates to technology or procedures.
Job Requirement
Education: Diploma in Police Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
Experience: 5 years
